Firstly, we hope you, your family and your friends are safe and well. BDP Agency has listened to our clients and like many businesses, we didn’t have a plan for this. Saying COVID-19 shocked SMEs and the global economy is perhaps a slight understatement. Our top priority is to ensure the safety of our staff, visitors and our family. We have, therefore, taken the unprecedented decision to close our buildings across the UK, including the Call Centre and our data team. Our reception team are still working remotely and will be your first port of call to ensure we can keep your business supported. Our key team are still available. All emails are monitored to ensure we can continue to provide the customer service which we promise.
We have made sure suppliers have all been paid with immediate effect, and some of our clients have paid us too. It is greatly appreciated, and it’s a small way that we can all keep the economy running.
