Key Roles
The role will be focussed on developing and growing new business and will include:
-Planning, designing and developing KPI’s with the Operations Director.
-Identification of prospective clients using the latest cutting edge contact data.
-Contacting new prospects to propose multiple bespoke marketing solutions.
-Developing and driving new client relationships.
-Proposing and closing new business deals
-Maintaining client relationships to secure maximum revenue.
Minimum Skills & Experience:
-Must be able to build relationships, negotiate and close deals.
-Ability to work on your own initiative.
-Ability to interact with senior decision makers in SME’s and Corporates.
-Thrive in a strong B2B sales environment and enjoy achieving targets.
-Proven track record of selling and ability to deliver on revenue targets.
-Must be able to clearly understand and articulate complex marketing solutions.
-Have a passionate interest in marketing, sales and the media industry.
-Willing to travel and meet European clients when required.
Advantageous:
Experience within direct sales for the marketing, media, recruitment or motor trade
Excited by and thrives in a rapidly changing growth environment
Experience in marketing and data solutions in the Business data sector
Experience of working with agencies, brokers and other strategic partners
